we do something similar

We do something similar:
* frameset added to bookmark.nsf. This frameset simply contains a frameset that is in a locally-replicated (via policy) DB.
* welcomepage DB created from bookmark.nsf
* new welcome page profile to point to the new framset
* that profile set for all users via policy

This allows us to change the locally-replicated DB to point wherever we want. This DB also does an online/offline check, and displays the appropraite content.

It's a clunky way to get around a very poor implementation by Lotus, but it seems to work.
